1. Acknowledgement

Itranslator 2003 comes with the 'URW Palladio ITU' Transliteration Font, which has been provided by Ulrich Stiehl with permission from the Copyright holder of the Palladio font: URW++ Design & Development GmbH .

2. Chart of Transliteration Font "URW Palladio ITU"

The font "URW Palladio ITU" comes in four styles (Roman, Bold, Italic, and Bold Italic). The Roman (non-italic) style is also contained in the Devanagari font "Sanskrit 2003" so that it is possible to create mixed Sanskrit and English texts with one font only.

Note:
The blue characters are not Unicode-compatible and may therefore not be supported by other fonts.

3. Keyboard Shortcuts

Though Itranslator takes care of all the Transliteration output, you may still want to manually make any corrections, additions, etc. in the finished transliterated text.

To type a character you have to use its 'Shortcut' as given in the list below.
(Press and hold the Alt-Key; using the numeric keypad, type the number; then release the Alt-key)

Important: NumLock has to be on.
