How to print text

You can print ITRANS, Devanagari, Transliteration or Combined text by selecting 'Print' from the appropriate menu.
Shortcut: Ctrl-P (The shortcut prints the text of the window, where the cursor is currently placed.)

 

You may preview the text first with the 'Print Preview' command. To change margins and other printer settings, select 'Page Setup' from the File Menu.

 

Ribbon Bar:

 

Click the 'Print' or 'Preview' button to print/preview the text of the window, where the cursor is currently placed.

 

To print/preview a particular text, i.e. either ITRANS, Devanagari, Transliteration or Combined Conversion, click the down arrow below the 'Print' or 'Preview' button, which will give you following options:

 

print-menu     preview-menu

 

Since it is possible to open many files simultaneously, the Print commands always apply to the currently active file only.
