Inauguration of Omkarananda-Hanuman Mandir
on 25th
October 2011
The newly erected Omkarananda-Hanuman Mandir is truly a treasure.
In typical South-Indian style with its beautiful intricate designs
and colours and fine sculptures of Lord Hanuman along with Rama,
Sita and Lakshman, it has become a perfect jewel.
Shri Hanumanji must
have felt great when he was specially placed in his beautiful
shrine. On 25th October 2011, Hanuman Jayanti, Lord Hanuman gave a
great appearance with his Ghoonghroos on his legs. He was just
like dancing.
It was on this
wonderful day when the powerful priest, Shri Sudhakar Sharma, and
his colleagues started Pranapratishtha for Lord
Omkarananda-Hanuman in the true Vedic system.
With special Yajnas,
Pujas and chantings the inauguration had a wonderful start. Lord
Hanuman was blessed with water of the holy Ganges filled in
Kalashas, while long Prayers and Mantras were chanted. The
colourful ceremony, which went on for many hours, was exciting.
Many devotees could
witness the powerful inauguration. Shrividya and Swamini
Hamsananda from Omkarananda Ashram Austria, who were special
guests, could take with them those great memories.
We are very
grateful to all those, who actively helped in establishing this
beautiful Temple.
We are also grateful to
Shri Patelji from Switzerland and Shri Sitaramanji from Tamil Nadu
for their assistance in creating the marvel of Omkarananda-Hanuman
Temple.
