From 27th May to 30th May 2010 a three days' work-shop was organized by Shri Sathya Sai Organization at their school in Rishikesh, Laksh­manjhula, Uttarakhand, to impart teaching of Vibrionics to devotees, willing to do free seva (service) in rural areas, where there is lack or absence of medical care.

Vibrionics is an alternative system of medicine for promoting health, where special vibrations are transferred to small homoeopathic sugar-pills, or water, for healing different diseases.

The three days' work-shop was conducted under the auspices of Association of Vibro-Practitioners of India.

67 participants from six States of India were taking part in it, namely from Jammu-Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Delhi.

The two pillars of this special workshop were undoubtedly Mr. Pratap Thakker and Mrs. Priti Jhaveri, both from Mumbai.

Both, Mr. Pratap Thakker and Mrs. Priti Jhaveri were attracted by a wonderful Website for Sanskrit, published worldwide by Shri Swami Satchidananda, the Treasurer of Omkarananda Saraswati Charitable Trust. In order to thank Swami Satchidananda for his valuable Website on Sanskrit, Mr. Thakker and Priti Mataji went to the Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas Head-Quarters, Omkarananda Shanta-Durga Mandir, Muni-ki-Reti, Rishikesh, to meet Swami Satchidanandaji.

During this occasion they also visited the Omkarananda-Kamakshi-Devi Mandir and could have a longer talk with Shri Swami Vishveshwarananda Saraswati, the President of Omkarananda Ashram, and Kumari Somashekhari. They were very happy and deeply touched by the kind and divine nature of Swami Vishveshwarananda and therefore spontaneously invited him to become their Chief Guest on the concluding day of the above mentioned workshop.

In the early afternoon of 30th May 2010 all 67 participants of this workshop had assembled for the Convocation of Vibro-Healers in a big hall of the Sathya-Sai School in Lakshmanjhula, Rishikesh.

When the Chief Guest, Shri Swami Vishveshwarananda, arrived, he was warmly welcomed with flower-bouquets and requested to lighten the Deepas for this auspicious event.

A special surprise for all participants was a telephonic talk, arranged by Shri Thakkerji with Dr. J.K. Aggarwal, the Founder-Director of Vibrionics. Dr. Aggarwal hails from U.K., London, but lives now in Sathya Sai Baba's Ashram, in Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh. Many years ago Dr. Aggarwal had come into contact with foreign disciples of Shri Swami Venkateshwarananda Saraswati (direct disciple of the great Saint Shri Swami Sivananda Saraswati from Muni-ki-Reti, Rishikesh). Through those disciples of Swami Venkateshwaranandaji Dr. Aggarwal learned about the interesting method of Vibro-Healing and thereafter started propagating it selflessly on the order of his Guru Shri Sathya Sai Baba.

Then the Oath-Ceremony took place and 66 Healers happily received their Certificates and Rudrakshas from the holy hands of Shri Swami Vishveshwaranandaji.

Following this joyous event Shri Swami Vishveshwaranandaji was asked to bless everybody with his divine words. Swamiji gave a long, inspiring and thought-provoking speech. Again and again he requested all Healers to always imagine their Guru's Presence during their works of healing others. He also was full of praise for Shri Thakkerji, Priti Mataji and others, who had organized such a wonderful function.

Kumari Somashekhari, Indian Classical Dancer and Secretary of Omkarananda Saraswati Charitable Trust, also had been invited to this Convocation. When she was requested to address the gathering, she shortly talked in Hindi about Indian Classical Dance as a means for God-Experience and then she requested everybody to loudly repeat along with her the Maha­mrityunjaya Mantra (Om Tryambakam…) and some Shanti Mantras for good health, long life, peace and happiness for all.

This wonderful Convocation was concluded with Arati and then the Organizers had a nice informal get-together with Swamiji and other guests in the school-office.

When Swami Vishveshwarananda was going to leave for Omkarananda Ashram many participants came to him with tears of gratitude in their eyes and took his blessings. All of them, including Shri Thakkerji and Priti Mataji thanked Swamiji with all their heart, that he had given his time for the Convocation of Vibro-Healers and they remarked, that Swami Vishveshwaranandaji's presence had given a divine glitter and spark to their function.
